Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Agent Cage website (agentcage.ca) or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Agent Cage provides secure installation, sandboxing, and management of autonomous AI agents on client infrastructure. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Secure sandbox environment setup (Docker/VM isolation, permission controls, network configuration, resource limits)
• AI agent runtime installation and configuration
• Security verification and testing
• Ongoing monitoring and support (Business tier)

3. Pricing and Payment

• Individual tier: $49 CAD one-time setup fee, payable upon engagement.
• Business tier: Custom pricing determined per engagement. A quote will be provided before work begins.

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect previously agreed engagements.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your system environment and requirements
• Grant necessary access to your infrastructure as required for service delivery (e.g., SSH access, Docker permissions)
• Maintain backups of your data before we begin any installation or configuration work
• Use the sandboxed environments we create in compliance with all applicable laws

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Agent Cage provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we take every reasonable measure to ensure security, we do not guarantee that sandbox environments are impervious to all threats.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
• We are not responsible for the behavior of AI agents running within the sandboxed environments we configure. The sandbox limits risk but does not eliminate it entirely.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Agent Cage website — including text, design, code, logos, and branding — is the property of Agent Cage and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

During the course of providing services, we may have access to your systems, configurations, and credentials. We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law. We delete or return all client credentials upon completion of each engagement.

8. Refund Policy

If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, or if you are unsatisfied with the result, contact us within 14 days of service delivery at hello@agentcage.ca. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. For ongoing Business tier engagements, 30 days written notice is required. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
